How to catch pricing errors on Amazon and Flipkart
A pricing error, or price glitch, is when a store lists a product far below its real price by mistake: a missing zero, a wrong coupon or a sale setting gone wrong. A ₹4,999 product might show as ₹499.
What happens to orders?
Sometimes the order goes through and is delivered. Often the seller or store fixes the price within minutes, and some cancel orders placed at the wrong price (with a refund if you paid). Treat it as a lucky bonus, never as a sure thing.
How to spot them in time
- They last minutes, so speed matters most. Our price-error page and Telegram channel post them as soon as we find them.
- Look for discounts far beyond the usual (80% off and more on things that rarely go on sale).
- Don't share card OTPs or pay outside the store's own checkout. Real price errors are only ever on the store's own site.
